As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations and providing high-quality images to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations using various modalities, including abdominal, obstetrical, and vascular sonography.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications in medical imaging.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and advancements.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
  • Registration with the Canadian Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (CSDMS) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in diagnostic medical sonography, preferably in a hospital or imaging center setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
