Job Summary

NuView Radiology and Ultrasound is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team. As an experienced sonographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound examinations using various modalities, including abdominal, obstetrical, and vascular sonography
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in sonography and echocardiography
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in diagnostic medical sonography
  • 1-2 years of experience in sonography, preferably in abdominal and obstetrical sonography
  • Certification by a provincial or territorial association
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
