When an Alberta worker faces an injury on the job, we are here to assist. We deliver compensation and benefits for workplace injuries and occupational diseases to over 1.7 million workers.

We seek motivated individuals with strong administrative capabilities to support our various program areas. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities in a similar environment are vital for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering administrative assistance within a collaborative team environment. Providing quality medical processing services, including the creation of medical letters, memos, and reports, as well as compiling and managing diverse reports. Updating, monitoring, billing, and disseminating information related to service activities on the service delivery and scheduling system, alongside other manual tracking processes. Assembling and maintaining client records to ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Engaging effectively with team members, healthcare professionals, clients, and staff. Supporting team members, clients, and leadership through various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing attendance records, and coordinating client services.

Required Experience and Skills:

High school diploma, supplemented with courses in medical terminology and/or secretarial training in word processing. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant post-secondary education. Relevant office experience in a similar setting. Experience in the medical or vocational fields is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential. Prior experience in delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication and time management skills. Availability to work 7.25 hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with occasional shift adjustments. The capacity to manage multiple priorities while accurately completing tasks is crucial.

Salary: Grade 5 - $46,924.00 to $52,131.00 per annum
