About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Coffee Lodge Inc. as a key member of our food service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire food service staff
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
