Coffee Lodge Inc. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, repairs, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with physical demands.
- Client-focused and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Our cafeteria is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
