Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Manager to join our team at Coffee Lodge Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and inventory
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and repairs
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure
  • Physical demands of the job include walking and standing for long periods
