Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Coffee Lodge Inc.

Job Summary:

The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands of the job include walking and standing for long periods
Work Environment:

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to walk and stand for long periods.
