Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement
    • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Financial Solutions
    • Provide expert advice on financial products and services to clients.
    • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Education
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on financial products and services.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services.
  • Problem Resolution
    • Proactively identify and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
