Key Responsibilities

As part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will collaborate with Financial Advisors to assist high-value clients in securing their financial futures and establishing their enterprises. In your role as a Financial Services Associate within the Imperial Service Team, you will deliver administrative and client support aimed at identifying business growth prospects. You will cultivate robust working relationships that contribute to your clients' financial achievements. Flexibility to work during banking center hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential. To enhance client experiences, you may also be required to work at various banking centers within a reasonable commuting distance.

Success Factors

  • Client Engagement: Utilize your expertise in cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to address client inquiries and provide valuable information. Collaborate with your Financial Advisor to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Actively listen, inquire, and empathize with clients. Take ownership of client concerns and know when to seek assistance from colleagues to resolve issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage client files, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars. Contribute to team success by enhancing productivity and proactively identifying business opportunities.
