What You Will Be Responsible For

As part of the Personal and Business Banking division, you will collaborate with Financial Advisors to assist high-value clients in securing their financial futures and developing their enterprises. In your role as a Financial Services Associate within the Imperial Service Team, you will offer administrative and client support to identify opportunities for business expansion. You will foster strong professional relationships while contributing to the financial success of your clients. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as you may be required to work evenings and weekends. To enhance the client experience, you should be open to working at various banking locations within a reasonable travel distance.

Key Competencies for Success

  • Client Engagement: Utilize your expertise in cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to address inquiries and provide valuable information to clients. Collaborate with your Financial Advisor to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Actively listen, ask pertinent questions, and empathize with clients. Take ownership of client issues and know when to seek assistance from others to find effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage client files, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars. Contribute to team success by enhancing productivity and proactively identifying business opportunities.
