Job Title: Office Administrator

Xtreme Freight System Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, managing inventory and budgetary controls, and overseeing payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
