Your Role

As an Assistant Multimedia Director, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the strategy, design, production, integration, and operations of our multimedia projects. You will collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Multimedia Directors to ensure the artistic vision is upheld throughout all project phases and across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the creative process, providing support to the creative and production team in achieving project objectives;
  • Collaborate on the creation of concepts, concept adaptations, and presentations, ensuring quality standards are maintained;
  • Develop and maintain project creative vision, ensuring cohesion by producing concise briefs and creative materials such as moodboards, video edits, and animatics;
  • Manage and maintain project pacing/multimedia script, ensuring timely delivery;
  • Support the Multimedia Director in creative development throughout all phases of the project;
  • Effectively communicate the Multimedia Director's vision to the team and ensure its successful implementation on-site;
  • Coordinate various creative resources;
  • Collaborate on project documentation and archiving;
  • Organize meetings and workshops for the creative team;
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the project.

Requirements

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Theatre Production, Television Production, Multimedia, Filmmaking, or a related field;
  • Perfect bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken (you will regularly communicate with English-speaking clients in this role);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software; Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Keynote, SketchUp, and/or AutoCAD.
