Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing a clear product vision and roadmap for our small electronic devices, based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for our small electronic devices, based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, translating customer needs and market trends into actionable user stories and product specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor the product development process, including sprint or stage-gate planning, backlog preparation, and release management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring rapid, high-quality feature delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between various teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Champion user-centered design principles and collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and compelling user experiences.
  • Work closely with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and perform product testing to ensure high product quality and reliability.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for innovation.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch strategies.
  • Provide support for sales enablement activities, including product training, materials development, and customer presentations.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the lighting or consumer electronics industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • An analytical mind and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise product requirements.
  • Passion for technology and a good understanding of industrial and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and UX/UI concepts is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
