Job Title: Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Nurse to join our team at Arcadia Home Care & Staffing. As a Home Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, including wound care, medication management, and education.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to promote health education and self-management.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of six months recent work experience as a home care nurse or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
  • Satisfactory completion of Agency RN Qualifying Exam.
  • Current CPR certification.
