Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Front of House employees to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction rates by monitoring and addressing any issues
  • Accomplish restaurant human resource objectives by enforcing policies and procedures
  • Manage staffing levels to maximize productivity
  • Reconcile end-of-night funds
  • Solve problems and resolve conflicts proactively

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for hospitality and commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to initiate innovative sales and food service activities
  • Safe food handling and smart serve certification preferred
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • College or hospitality degree ideal
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar environment
