Job Title: VIP Front of House Supervisor

Cineplex is a leading entertainment and media company in Canada, operating in the Film Entertainment and Content, Amusement and Leisure, and Media sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at our VIP Cinemas.

Job Summary:

The Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for leading, training, and managing a team of Front of House employees to ensure exceptional service experiences for our VIP guests. This includes maintaining a high guest satisfaction rate, reconciling end-of-night funds, and managing stress in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Front of House employees to ensure exceptional service experiences for VIP guests
  • Maintain a high guest satisfaction rate by consistently monitoring the guest experience
  • Reconcile end-of-night funds and manage cash handling
  • Manage stress in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar environment
  • Safe food handling and smart serve certification
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • College or hospitality degree
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
