Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling multiple priorities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer interactions, providing advice and assistance as needed.
- Process incoming commercial paperwork and assist with quotes, renewals, and claims.
- Communicate with insurance companies, underwriters, and adjusters to resolve customer issues.
- Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters and complete applications.
- Prepare documentation for insurers and issue insurance certificates.
- High school and/or post-secondary education.
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment.
- Commercial insurance experience is an asset.
- RIBO license is an asset.
- Exposure to Epic is an asset.
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
