Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling multiple priorities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions, providing advice and assistance as needed.
  • Process incoming commercial paperwork and assist with quotes, renewals, and claims.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, underwriters, and adjusters to resolve customer issues.
  • Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters and complete applications.
  • Prepare documentation for insurers and issue insurance certificates.
Requirements
  • High school and/or post-secondary education.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Commercial insurance experience is an asset.
  • RIBO license is an asset.
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset.
