- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to align software project goals with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business analysis reports, project documentation, and other essential materials.
- Assist in the development of marketing material, ensuring that it accurately represents product features and customer benefits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize software delivery.
- Serve as the point of contact between the customer and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
- Understand and build KPIs to measure the success of customer engagements, including tracking project milestones, performance metrics, and the status of data processing pipelines.
- Define the scope of AI software development based on customer needs, including gathering requirements for AI models, ensuring data readiness, and managing expectations around AI deliverables.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software company.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements, writing business requirements documents (BRD), and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to create marketing materials, presentations, and documentation that effectively convey complex software features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand business processes and requirements.
- Ability to understand and build KPIs related to software project success and define the scope of data processing pipelines and AI software development.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
