Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the daily operations of our procurement department to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Review Purchase Order Claims and Contracts

They will review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy and ensure that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Develop and Implement Procurement Policies

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures to ensure that our company is getting the best value for its money.

Manage Contracts

They will manage contracts with suppliers to ensure that all agreements are up-to-date and that our company is getting the best possible terms.

Review and Process Claims Against Suppliers

The successful candidate will review and process claims against suppliers to ensure that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Oversee Data Analysis and Reporting

They will oversee the analysis of data and information to ensure that our company is making informed decisions about its procurement processes.

Advise Senior Management

The Purchasing Manager will advise senior management on procurement-related matters to ensure that our company is getting the best possible value for its money.

Organize and Maintain Inventory

They will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure that our company has the necessary supplies to operate efficiently.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team of professionals.

Requirements
  • Education

A college or CEGEP degree is required.

Experience

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a procurement-related role.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours

The Purchasing Manager will work 40 hours per week.
