The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Review Purchase Order Claims and ContractsThey will review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Develop and Implement Procurement PoliciesThe Purchasing Manager will plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure that the company's procurement process is optimized.
Manage Contracts and InventoryThey will be responsible for managing contracts with suppliers and overseeing the organization and maintenance of inventory.
Review and Process Claims Against SuppliersThe successful candidate will review and process claims against suppliers, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Oversee Data Analysis and ReportingThey will oversee the analysis of data and information to inform procurement decisions and prepare reports to senior management.
Advise Senior ManagementThe Purchasing Manager will advise senior management on procurement-related matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
Requirements- Education
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as business or supply chain management.
ExperienceThey will have at least 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, with a strong understanding of procurement policies and procedures.
LanguageThe language of work is English.
Working HoursThe working hours are 40 hours per week.
