Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at SVA Group Of Companies Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our purchasing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Review Purchase Order Claims and Contracts
Verify compliance with company policy and ensure that all purchase orders and contracts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Plan, Develop, and Implement Purchasing Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement effective purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage Contracts
Oversee the management of contracts with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
- Review and Process Claims Against Suppliers
Verify the accuracy of claims against suppliers and process them in a timely manner.
- Oversee the Analysis of Data and Information
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our purchasing processes.
- Oversee the Preparation of Reports
Prepare and present reports to senior management on purchasing performance and trends.
- Advise Senior Management
Provide expert advice to senior management on purchasing-related matters.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory
Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
