Key Responsibilities
  • Model and execute processes defined by clients while offering insights to enhance the overall solution
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their workflows, develop comprehensive requirements, and devise a delivery plan
  • Establish technical direction, delegate tasks, and oversee technical projects
  • Design, implement, and validate custom Salesforce solutions
  • Assist in the Sales process as required, including effort estimation and scheduling
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Salesforce development, encompassing architectural design to execution
  • Advanced Salesforce architecture skills and awareness of current best practices
  • Proficiency in CRM/Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Revenue Cloud
  • Experience with Commerce Cloud, OMS, CPQ, and/or Marketing Cloud is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Background in software development outside of Salesforce is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship
