Salesforce Billing Solution Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Billing Transformation to enhance our Lead-to-Cash operations. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Billing to transform customer requirements into effective solutions. You will guide the project team through the entire lifecycle, from design to launch, ensuring that we deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with clients to gather and define their business needs, and propose tailored solutions that optimize their sales processes.
- Architectural Support: Lead the configuration and implementation of top-tier Billing and Sales Cloud solutions.
- Salesforce Configuration: Utilize Salesforce's point-and-click tools, such as Process Builder and Visual Flows, to create effective configurations.
- Platform Utilization: Apply your understanding of the Salesforce Platform to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
- AI Collaboration: Work alongside our Artificial Intelligence team to innovate and enhance Salesforce solutions for our clients.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights.
- Salesforce Partnership: Engage directly with Salesforce to explore new solution possibilities.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist the Pre-Sales team by providing industry insights, demonstrations, and support during deal execution.
- Thought Leadership: Develop content that promotes the NeuraFlash brand within the Billing Transformations sector.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and major updates to enhance your technical expertise.
- Minimum of 10 implementations of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Sales Cloud.
- Experience as a Solution Architect with Salesforce CPQ and Billing, or as a Billing system architect with platforms like Salesforce, Zuora, or NetSuite.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development or configuration.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, RevOps, and Business Operations, with experience in solving complex use cases using the Salesforce Platform.
- Hands-on experience in building Salesforce CPQ and Billing components, Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders.
- Knowledge of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices.
- Client-facing experience in Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management, Discovery and Design, and delivering solutions to customers.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
- Relevant background or education in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Salesforce professionals.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus, particularly in CPQ, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
- Familiarity with billing solutions such as Zuora.
