We are thrilled to present a role for a Lead Analyst in Gaming Solutions, contributing to the North American Engineering Department's Lottery Solutions and Services team at Hireroo.

In the realm of legalized gaming, various jurisdictions enforce a set of regulations that manufacturers and operators must comply with.

Any gaming product or system intended for public release must demonstrate adherence to these regulatory standards.

To achieve this, the system undergoes evaluation by an independent testing organization.

Since its inception, Hireroo has established itself as a frontrunner in the assessment and certification of gaming devices and systems.

Our services encompass, but are not limited to, comprehensive lottery product and operational modernization consulting, governance, strategic planning and execution, procurement enhancement, and business analysis.

Serves as a subject matter expert in lottery modernization and procurement enhancement, showcasing an in-depth understanding of the lottery and regulatory solutions provided by the Company, while effectively communicating the value and benefits to clients.

Keeps track of and reports on project progress and status to management and stakeholders.
Makes informed, effective, and timely decisions, even in situations with limited data or when solutions may lead to challenging outcomes.
A Bachelor's degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
Experience in crafting and delivering persuasive presentations to senior-level clients is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., is required.
The ability to think strategically when navigating complex challenges, processes, and projects is necessary.
Strong time management, task planning, and prioritization skills are essential.
Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities is required.
A high degree of attention to quality, detail, and accuracy is crucial.

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, understanding, and communicating in English is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.


Position Type:
Remote, available throughout Canada

Work Hours:
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
Hireroo is a gaming services organization.

Employees may be required to obtain a gaming license in one or more gaming jurisdictions.

If requested by Hireroo to secure a gaming license, continued employment may depend on the ability to obtain that license.
