Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic restaurant setting, managing a team of 5-10 staff members. The environment is fast-paced, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication abilities. Flexibility and a collaborative team spirit are essential for success in this role.
Work ConditionsThis position requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with working hours ranging from 32 to 35 hours per week.
