Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our quarry operations and ensure the safe and efficient production of aggregates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant, including safety, production, maintenance, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise a team of hourly and salary employees to achieve established production, safety, and environmental objectives.
- Plan and schedule plant activities, including maintenance, training, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Strong understanding of aggregate processing and equipment.
- Experience with pit design, exploration, drilling, blasting, inventory control, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years' aggregates industry experience, including prior production management experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or position of similar responsibility.
