About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded executive to join our team as Senior Vice President, Digital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and innovation of our digital business in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability in the digital business
  • Lead the development of new products and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to refine our strategic and operating plans
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes to drive efficiency and innovation
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a digital business
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with digital transformation and innovation, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends
