Sales Vice President

This is a senior leadership position at Thabico Foods North America Inc, responsible for driving sales growth and development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing returns.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's interests.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and development.
