Job ResponsibilitiesThe Vice President of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Establish organizational goals and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
- Staff Selection: Select and empower middle managers, directors, and other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Work EnvironmentThis position requires on-site work, with no remote work options available.
