Position Overview

The role of the Project Administration Officer at Harrington Construction (2011) Limited involves a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative processes to improve workflow.
  • Assess and review new administrative procedures for effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Compile data and create regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks as required.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations that may arise.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and oversee budgetary allocations and expenditures.
