The role of the Project Administration Officer at Harrington Construction (2011) Limited involves a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar administrative role.
- Implement and refine administrative processes to improve workflow.
- Assess and review new administrative procedures for effectiveness.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
- Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Compile data and create regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks as required.
- Address and resolve conflict situations that may arise.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative processes for continuous improvement.
- Plan and oversee budgetary allocations and expenditures.
