IBM Delivery Manager - IBM Technology Expert

As a key member of the IBM Technology Expert team, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class services to our clients. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, you will work closely with clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with their goals.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of services for a consulting domain, ensuring achievement of business and engagement goals, including schedules, client satisfaction, and profitability objectives.

You will provide consulting to client IT and Business Executives who are responsible for managing and delivering IT related services by helping to define business drivers and associated IT capabilities and services as required.

You will provide business direction to the team along with administrative and operational required activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Leadership: Develops and implements product, market, business, or technology strategies with executive review. Contributes to policy making. Recognized as an expert and leader by members of a field, related functions, and multi-country organizations.
  • Proven Project Management skills to provide implementation schedules while adhering to the company's architectural standards and principles.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • A minimum of 5 - 10 years' Leadership experience.
  • A minimum of 5 - 10 years' Delivery experience.
  • A minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience in a client-facing role.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Preferred field of study: Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant technical field.
