Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Delivery Manager to lead our project teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  4. Champion strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to improve collaboration and project success.
  5. Maintain clear and open communication channels with project partners, providing regular updates and reports.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) an asset.
  3. At least 7 years' experience managing projects with large budgets, complex solutions, and over multiple years.
  4. Experience overseeing multiple projects within a program structure.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
