About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve restaurant performance.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
