Adept Landscape & Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Laborer to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Assist our team of landscapers in constructing and maintaining various landscape features, such as gardens, patios, and walkways.
  • Tie and Secure Plants: Ensure that plants and trees are properly tied and secured to prevent damage from wind or other environmental factors.
  • Weed, Prune and Trim Trees and Plants: Regularly inspect and maintain the health of trees and plants, removing weeds and pruning or trimming as needed.
  • Cut Grass: Maintain the grass on our properties by cutting it regularly, ensuring it is at a uniform height.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Regularly rake and collect refuse, such as leaves and debris, from our properties.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist in the transportation and spreading of topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay Sod or Seed: Assist in the installation of new sod or seed, ensuring it is properly laid and cared for.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs and Trees: Assist in the planting of new bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring they are properly planted and cared for.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Apply fertilizers to our plants and trees as needed, ensuring they receive the necessary nutrients for optimal growth.
