Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at PCS Property Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to maintain a high level of aesthetic appeal.
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient use of resources and effective completion of tasks.
  • Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, taking into account seasonal changes and weather conditions.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, and weeding.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials required for landscape construction projects.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring it is completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Tender and administer contracts for goods and services related to grounds maintenance.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and effective completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
