Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at PCS Property Services Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and landscapes. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff
  • Organize the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Tender and administer contracts
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Environment

Work will be performed outdoors.
