Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Receptionist to join our team at 3D Concrete & Gravel Ltd.. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Deliver basic information to clients and the public, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Customer Service: Gather and process necessary information to enhance customer service experiences.
  • Communication Management: Operate the switchboard or telephone system efficiently.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Administrative Duties: Send invoices and perform clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Telephone Support: Answer calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Directory Assistance: Provide directory assistance to callers.
  • Data Entry: Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
  • Customer Support: Offer high-quality customer service to all clients.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
