About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team at Dynamic Concrete Pumping Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials

You will be responsible for loading and unloading construction materials, such as concrete and asphalt, from trucks and equipment.

Erecting and Dismantling Forms and Scaffolding

You will assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

Mixing and Spreading Materials

You will mix and pour materials such as concrete and asphalt, and spread them evenly to ensure a smooth finish.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Experience

You must have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Work Environment

You will be working outdoors, at heights, in a noisy and potentially hazardous environment.

Physical Demands

The job requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
