Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist a dedicated group of clients alongside a Program Success Manager to ensure we achieve customer objectives.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Later Influence platform and best practices to drive success for client programs.
  • Oversee the influencer experience on the Later Influence platform by designing and executing client campaigns with meticulous attention to detail, including but not limited to:
    • Campaign brief creation and setup
    • Influencer sourcing and curation
    • Influencer contracting and negotiations
    • Product and payment fulfillment
  • Utilize internal project management tools (Teamwork) to facilitate campaign planning and execution, delegation, and time-tracking.
  • Develop and refine Influencer strategies regularly using data-driven insights.
  • Critically analyze the influencer-facing experience by campaign, quarterly and annually, to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a top-tier experience for clients and influencers, covering progress, performance, gaps, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Represent the voice of the influencer in product feedback sessions.
  • Adapt best practices as the Later Influencer platform and industry evolve, creating supporting documentation to highlight these changes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in any service industry, supporting clients.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or influencer innovation preferred.
  • Agency experience or influencer marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS company is a strong plus.
  • Proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Professional demeanor, confidence, and eloquence in meetings and presentations.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to leverage data for problem-solving.
  • Willingness to take initiative in uncertain situations – a bias for action.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, detail-oriented and organized.

Compensation Overview:

We adopt a market-based and data-driven approach to compensation. We utilize data from trusted third-party compensation sources to understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. Compensation is evaluated bi-annually, considering performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable), while for others, it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we disclose salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience, and other factors influence the final salary offered, which may vary from the initially posted range.

Additionally, all permanent team members receive stock options and are eligible for various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
