This role will support dedicated customer groups alongside a Program Success Manager, ensuring we meet customer goals. You'll develop a deep understanding of the Later Influence platform and best practices to drive success for customer programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers alongside a Program Success Manager to ensure goal attainment
  • Develop expertise in the Later Influence platform and best practices
  • Lead influencer experiences by building and executing campaigns with attention to detail
  • Campaign brief creation and setup
  • Influencer sourcing and curation
  • Influencer contracting and negotiations
  • Product and payment fulfillment
  • Leverage project management tools to support campaign planning and execution
  • Ideate and develop Influencer strategy using data-driven insights
  • Analyze the influencer-facing experience to optimize campaign success

Requirements

We're seeking individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or a related field. Ideal candidates have a can-do approach, professional presence, and creative problem-solving skills.

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - 70,000 CAD plus bonus potential, depending on location and qualifications.
