About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AJ SAND AND GRAVEL. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information to clients and colleagues.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and other data as required.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including data entry, research, and other tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
