About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team at ExxonMobil Corporation. As a Facilities Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in facility design, operation, and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and consulting services to identify and resolve facility design and operating problems.
  • Develop and implement engineering designs for facility upgrades and replacements, including piping, pumps, and process equipment.
  • Perform studies to identify enhancement opportunities and develop engineered design packages for execution.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering from a Canadian Accredited University.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Registered with APEGA as an Engineer-in-Training or Professional Engineer.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities and surveillance engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous industry experience, particularly in cold weather engineering.
  • Strong technical background in facilities and surveillance engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-based environment.
