Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for display and sale
- Weigh and label meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts for customer orders
- Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Grind meats as needed for customer orders
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats for display
- Prepare special orders for customers
As a Meat Cutter at Fraserview Meats, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to have good hand-eye coordination and be able to lift and move heavy objects.
Requirements- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

- 35-40 hours of work per week
