About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Project Growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns that drive conversions and engagement, utilizing platforms such as MailChimp and/or Squarespace.
  • Industry Insight: Utilize your knowledge and interest in the hospitality industry to create relevant and engaging content that showcases our expertise.
  • Visual Translation: Transform creative copy into visually appealing assets using design tools like Canva, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring authenticity and credibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery and effective communication.

  • Engaging Content: Consistently produce high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates our brand's message and resonates with our audience.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring authenticity and credibility.
  • Effective Creative Copy: Translate creative copy into effective email campaigns and marketing assets that generate positive results.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Language Proficiency: Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Email Marketing Experience: Experience using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp is highly desired.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating marketing and branding materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Design Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva and similar design tools for creating visual content.
  • Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Ability to juggle and appropriately prioritize different competing tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and creatively, while working with strict parameters and brand guidelines.
