Driving Force Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing is on the lookout for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Rentals, Sales, and Leasing services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and maintain optimal staffing levels, including onboarding and offboarding, to ensure the best team performance for the branch.
  • Supervise, lead, train, and mentor branch staff on company culture, brand messaging, and policies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of branch employees as per the company’s performance management program.
  • Promote the company's service culture by supporting training initiatives, celebrating team achievements, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Develop business contacts and potential employee candidates by participating in community networking events.
  • Maintain relationships with dealership vendors to ensure a consistent supply of vehicles and warranty support.
  • Conduct annual reviews of critical vendors to ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and good standing with relevant authorities.
  • Take full responsibility for analyzing and explaining all financial results and department KPIs for the branch.
  • Focus on enhancing the branch's capabilities across Rentals, Sales, and Leasing.
  • Prepare an annual business plan and budget aligned with the company's strategic and operational goals.
  • Ensure that branch physical inspections are performed in accordance with legislative requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar field.
  • An active Sales License is required, where applicable.
  • Experience in Finance and Insurance, Leasing, Sales, or Rentals Operations is essential.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and budget development is necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring a successful team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential.
