Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at BC Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Provide general information about hotel services and amenities to guests.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Client-focused and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
