Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
