Job Title: Head Coach - Gymnastics Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to lead our gymnastics team at Balance Gymnastics. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, motivating and preparing athletes for competitions, and analyzing and evaluating team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to enhance team performance
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events, promoting a positive and supportive team culture
  • Analyze and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, making recommendations for team selection
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in gymnastics coaching, with a strong background in competitive team management
  • Level 2 and Level 3 Certificates in Coaching, CPR Certificate, and other relevant certifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate team performance and develop strategies for improvement
