About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to lead our competitive gymnastics team at Balance Gymnastics. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, motivating and preparing athletes for competitions, and analyzing and evaluating team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance athlete performance and achieve team goals.
  • Team Management: Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared to perform at their best.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Recruitment and Evaluation: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, making informed decisions about team selection.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Level 2 Certificate in Coaching, Level 3 Certificate in Coaching, and CPR Certificate.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check and Child Abuse Registry check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Leadership, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
