Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Treehouse Toys. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays, ensuring that the store looks attractive and appealing to customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
